P
Prostate adenoma is a non-malignant glandular hyperplasia, prevalent with the patients older than 50 years of age. P.a. deranges urination, causing urinary bladder and kidney dysfunction, and produces sexual disorders. At the initial stages asymptomatic disease course is possible, at later stages the disease course is characterized by pains, impossibility of unaided urination and developing renal insufficiency.

Prostatitis an inflammatory process in prostate, called forth by a wide spectrum of factors: infectious diseases, congestions in the organs of pelvis minor, microcirculation disturbances. The disease has acute, subacute and chronic forms. The most found symptoms are pains, urination derangements and sexual disorders.
Long-term existence of an inflammation nidus results in forming of a chronic inflammatory process, with frequent exacerbations and persistent sexual disorders.

Sexual transmitted diseases inflammatory urogenital diseases found with males and females. S. t. d. include chlamidiosis, ureaplasmosis, mycoplasmosis, gardnerellosis, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis and viral diseases (herpes, citomagalovirus).
Depending on the localization of the inflammation nidus, the clinical presentations appear in different forms - as urethrites, prostatites, cystites, adnexites, endometrites, colpiites, vaginites or others. The most widespread consequences of S. t. d. are: chronic inflammatory processes in urogenitals (subacute or with frequent exacerbations), various sexual disorders and sterility.
