Genital infections
Among a great number of the sexually transmitted infections, it is possible to list mycoplasmosis, genital herpes, clamidiosis, ureaplasmosis, a cytomegalovirus, trichomoniasis, gonococcus, toxoplasmosis, a candidiasis, a bacterial vaginosis, human papilloma virus, etc. For prevention of disease it is necessary to not hesitate in case of doubts, once again go to the competent doctor and to not do a self-treatment.
Are you sure you are not infected with sexually transmitted diseases?
Being young each person is sure that he is healthy and so will be always. And, unfortunately, the first illnesses, that affect us, are not cordial. Somebody finds out them casually, during medical examination, and someone learns on own experience all "charms" of sexually transmitted diseases and their consequences.
What it is necessary to do to avoid them? Probably, it is important to understand the heart of problem. The fact is that the treatment of the so-called latent infections is more difficult than treatment of classical venereal illnesses.
Micoplasmosis
Mycoplasma - is a microorganism between bacterium, mycosis and virus. It is parasitic on mucous tunics, including mucous tunics of genital organs and can provoke illness. The women, suffering from mycoplasmosis, have inflammatory diseases of uterus, ovaries and tubes, bladder and kidneys; profuse discharge from genital tracts; itch; and pains during urination and sexual contact. The majority of infected men do not feel the inconveniences, except weak periodic sharp pain during urination. But in the course of time this infection can provoke development of a chronic prostatitis, an inflammation of kidneys. Domestic medicines are useless for therapy of this disease, but recent antibacterial agents are very effective.
In1965 following a long researches on interactions between mycoplasma and human organism it was reported that a mycoplasmosis causes chromosomal aberrations, including and in the chromosomal system of an embryo, similar to aberrations of Down's disease.
90 % of habitual abortions are provoked by ureaplasmas. The causes of more than 12 % of postnatal complications are ureaplasmosis and mycoplasmosis. The ureaplasma can parasitize on spermatozoons, causing male sterility. Affection of an organism at a cellular level causes processes of premature ageing.
It's necessary to receive the treatment together with the partner, otherwise repeated infection is unavoidable - resistance against mycaplasmosis doesn't develop.
Genital herpes
Genital herpes is the virus disease usually sexually transmitted. After infection painful vesications appear on genitals, after they are broken, reddish wet ulcers are formed. It's happen an asymptomatic carrier state of virus, but it does not exclude infection of the sexual partner.
Consequences of genital herpes are chronic inflammatory diseases of urogenital organs, sterility, sexual potency disorders.
Clamidiosis
Clamydia is between virus and bacteria. General route of infection transmission is sexual contact, but the other routes of transmission are possible (respiratory, contact in the bath, swimming-pool). For manifestation of infection in organism, supersensitive method of DNA diagnostics is used.
In the presence of infection it is necessary to convince one's sexual partner that is necessary to undergo a course of treatment even if he doesn't have the symptoms of urogenital clamidiosis.
