Correction of mammilla and areola

Creation of wishful shape of indrawn or excessively obtrusive mammilla

Some women suffer from large areola or indrawn mammilla and it limit their intimate life . Indrawn mammilla renders impossible the breast feeding . In spite of some surgeons refuse the patients to help basing their refusal on the impossibility to improve situation or they don't attach importance to this problem, but in our center we can render assistance and effective treatment.

We have the knowledge of technologic process and modern laser equipment allowing to remove the part of pigmented zone not touching the deep layers of skin and the gland tissues and we perform successfully this procedure. The areola is decreased on 4-4,5 cm . Incorrect shape of areola is corrected . As integrity of skin is not broken so the mammilla sensitivity is not affected . The mammary gland functions remain . The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia and hospitalization is not necessary . There is not any painful sensation .

Correction of mammilla is performed with microsurgical way keeping the mammary gland ducts. The skin cutting with length 2-3 cm allow to relieve the mammilla without any visible traces.

This procedure can be recommended more widely than before.
