Gynecomastia

Gynecomastia is augmentation of male breast gland, more often doubled-sided. Gynecomastia is caused by endocrine diseases or without visible factors. It bring to discomfort, stress, breach of social adaptation.

The obesity is possible cause of gynecomastia over the accumulation of fat tissue on the breat area and some augmentation of gland tissue . Some medicaments may provoke gynecomastia, for example hormone preparation for treatment of male oncological diseases or H 2 blockers.

For treatment of gynecomastia we apply the surgical approach. It consist in lipoaspiration or paraareolar excision of gland tissue. We recommend to wear the compressive linen during the post-operative period. Risk of complication is minimum. Rehabilitation period 1-2 days
